End brushes filled with abrasive wire are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of hole, as well as other cleaning and polishing operations in industrial environment.
Brush bristles are available in abrasive nylon wire such as silicon carbide and aluminum oxide., stainless steel wire, brass wire or nylon bristles.
These brushes can be directly installed on portable power tools or CNC machining centers. Brush size and wire diameter can be custom made as your requirement.

1, Abrasive wire has good effect on polishing and deburring, regular grit includes 80, 120, 240, 360 and so on. The length of bristle can be custom made according to your application.
2, Sturdy steel shank can be directly mounted on power tools, good performance and easily installation. The diameter and length of steel shank can be custom made.
3, Diameter of nylon bristle can be available in 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.30mm, 0.50mm or others.
